• How much do you charge? 

The typical rate is £65-£85 per person per week, depending on size and type of property.  This includes bills with agreed limits- (gas, electricity, water, Council Tax)

• Do you require references?

We require proof of identity, usually by seeing and taking a copy of a passport. We require proof of ability to pay the weekly rent and details of earnings from your employer.

• Are there any charges involved?

Unlike other agencies, we do not charge application fees or legal fees.  However, we do charge a nominal fee of £10 per tenant when tenancy agreements are signed, to cover administrative expenses. 

• Where are your properties?

Our homes are mainly in the Spalding area, close to Geest, George Adams and many of the other local food factories and packhouses.  We have homes available  in Holbeach, Pinchbeck, Surfleet, Gosberton, and Boston .

• Do you take tenants on housing benefit?

Each application is reviewed on it own merit.

• I'm moving to the area.  Do you have any short term availability?

Yes.  Please contact us for our up to date property availablity

• Do you allow pets?

Sorry we do not allow pets in our properties

Our properties are new, modern and are cleaned and re-equipped with new bedding at the start of each tenancy
