We are experienced in managing all types of property, from bedsits and leasehold flats, through to large properties.  Many are located in town centres, villages and rural locations.  With such a diverse range of homes available and tenants on our books, we are able match properties and people very quickly, ensuring downtime is rare.   

• Why do you not charge for administration like other agents?

We believe that in many cases, administration charges are not necessary. Our costs are recovered through rent paid by tenants on a large scale.  We offer a simple but effective service and our wider costs are recovered through managing a large number of properties collectively.

• Will my property be looked after?

Yes.  We visit our properties regularly.  At this time we will inspect rooms and check on cleanliness, state of repair and other statutory requirements.

• Who will be living in my property?

We rent to single persons, couples, familes and multiple individuals.  We will accommodate investors requests where possible.  We do allow children and only pets after consultation with investors.  We do not permit smoking in any property.

• Do I need to furnish the property?

No. We will supply all furniture needed.  Some tenants have their own furniture.  We also check to ensure that soft furnishings comply with fire regulations

• How long will the tenancy last? 

6 months is usually the minimum period and we have been managing some properties for over 10 years.
