Terms & conditions:
1. Landlords must agree to PPM standard terms and conditions of business and fees.
2. Minimum rental period is six months. The free insurance period will cover the first six months of any tenancy only. Any renewals for rent protection insurance will need to be covered by the property owner.
3. Rent protection insurance is taken out with tenancy application. Retrospective applications made after tenancy has commenced can not be considered.
4. Tenants deposits must be held with PPM's bonded deposit sheme.
5. Rent protection insurance is subject to satisfactory application criteria, satisfactory credit score and satisfactory references for tenants concerned.
