Our registered office is 64 Swan Walk, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1BT.  All transactions which we accept over the internet or via the telephone will be governed by English Law and are subject to the jurisdictions of English Courts of Law, regardless of the location of our website servers and associated website servers involved processing the transaction.  All payments accepted will be in GB Pounds Sterling only.  We do not accept payments in other currencies.

Refund Policy

Premier Property Management (Lincolnshire) Ltd. operates a zero refund policy for all transactions carried out via the Internet and telephone.  Customers are advised that no refunds are given under any circumstances.  The transaction will be deemed to have been completed when payment has been processed.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Rent payments are non-refundable.  Deposits will be refunded in accordance with the rental agreement.  
We will not sell, exchange or publish the information you send to us to any third party without your prior consent.
